Life coaching is a personal journey through wholeness. The tools available in the yoga realm are immense and transfer seamlessly into life coaching. I invite you to relate to your emotional and physical experience in new and alternative ways. Private sessions enable you and me to work together through your suffering (notice I don’t say “around” your suffering) and toward optimal well-being.
