Emotions exist, how do you handle them?

Tonight I’m giving a talk at my yoga studio, Wellinspire, about how to end emotional eating.

Emotions. Allow them to flow through you. The Good. The Bad. The Ugly. Give yourself permission to sit.

You don’t always have to *feel* amazing. Check it out, get curious. Don’t cover up your feelings. But also don’t get melodramatic.

When you’ve checked them out, do what it takes to get into a happy place. Because life is happening in the moments, and it’s important that you are in a good place in those moments.
