I’m in the middle of four books, and I just added two more; I have so much to learn about empowerment, energy and containment, stress and its effects, meditation, femininity, the cells of our body in relationship to it all. The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know. It’s quite thrilling, actually.
One of the two newest books is Wild Feminine by Tami Lynn Kent, an exploration of the female body and energy system. She uses the term “fractured” to describe the relationship of a woman with her physical/energy body and it’s something I witness in many of my yoga students and coaching clients: a separation between mind and physical body and energy body/spirit.
How she (you, me, other) is originally separated from her body is a deeply intimate and personal story for every woman. How she becomes whole is also uniquely hers to explore and experience. Trust your intuition and your gut feeling, do something amazeballs for your physical body every day, meditate even just for a minute. Be uniquely you.
She is fiercely feminine.
