I’m waging a war against unempowering languaging

» I can’t afford it
» That’s too much money
» I’m too old for that (or too young, fat, skinny, tall, short, busy, etc)
» I don’t have enough time
» I don’t make enough money
» I’m always late
» Life isn’t fair
» Some things never change

Our words have power. And so when we say things, we believe them.

And when we believe something — there’s never enough money, it’s hard to be happy, it takes a lot of work to lose weight, all marriages wind up in conflict — we make it come true.

Your life today has been created by decades of thought patterns.

We are women. We are stronger, more resilient and more resourceful than we give ourselves credit for. When you want something bad enough, you can make it happen.

So don’t use the lack of time/money/experience as an excuse. You are way to smart to let a silly thing like time, money or experience stop you from getting what you want.

Watch your words and thoughts this week — are they coming from a place of empowered purpose and multiple choices or from a place of lack and without choice?
