In your life do you wish for a sense of contentment and security in life?

Are you experiencing your dream life?

If not, use this journaling prompt to take your first step.

  1. Sit in a comfortable position.
  2. Close your eyes and observe your body from the inside.
  3. Then observe your body from the outside, as if you were floating above yourself.
  4. Speed forward 5 years and envision your dream life.
    1. Where are you living?
    2. What does your home look like?
    3. What do your clothes look like?
    4. Who are you with?
    5. What is your dream career?
  5. After 10 minutes of envisioning, pull out your journal or your canvas (whatever medium you prefer).
  6. Set your timer for 15 minutes and put your dream on paper.
