Recharge your batteries

Do you ever feel burned out?

Do you feel like you lack the energy to take care of yourself at the end of the day?

Can you see how your relationships with your family is suffering because of low energy?

Here are my 3 tips to recharge your batteries so that you can have a healthy, happy, inspired life!

1. Put yourself first

Our natural state of being is vibrant, happy to be alive!
Vitamins, rest and exercise help restore our physical body. If we’re willing to delve deeper, we may find underlying causes for our exhaustion.

How have you been thinking, feeling, acting? Perhaps there is a belief or behavior pattern or even a relationship that is out of alignment with who you really are?

2. Examine your beliefs

What is a belief?

When someone thinks something is reality (truth) when they have no verified foundation for their certainty of truth or realness.

Do you have a belief that is keeping you run down and low on energy?

Common beliefs:

  • I’m too lazy to be healthy.
  • It takes a lot of effort to be healthy.
  • It takes a lot of effort to feel good about myself/with myself.
  • I need to/should be exercising 2 hours per day to get to my goal.
  • Everybody feels stressed out, it’s just part of being an adult.
  • I don’t think I can have what I want.

3. Visualize what you DO want

How often do your thoughts center on the things you do NOT want in life? How often do you see yourself in the mirror and criticize the size of your body, the stretch marks, the extra padding, the way your hair is acting, etc? How often do you berate yourself for messing up on a project or being late for an appointment?

Start your morning visualizing exactly what you want in you life and state it in present tense!
