Release tension, a practice

desk jockeyMany of us are “desk jockeys,” meaning we spend 40+ hours of our week behind a desk. Often that means sore necks, tense shoulders, aching wrists, and stiff hips.

To lighten the burden some people resort to purchasing standing desks, walking desks, getting regular massage and chiropractic adjustments and/or going to yoga to relax.

These are all good suggestions, however today I’ll share a technique that I learned from my teacher Scott Anderson, from Alignment Yoga.
