PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Your payment is due at least 48-hours in advance.
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, I require a 48-hour notice prior to the appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or ‘no-show,’ you will be responsible for the full amount.
You may reschedule your appointment for an additional $20 processing fee (unless your appointment is less than 48-hours away). For example, if your appointment is on Friday, you need to reschedule by Tuesday evening.
