I have been an avid health foodie for most of my life, a yoga teacher for a decade, a yoga therapist for half of that decade, and I will soon be well-educated in physical medicine as a chiropractic physician. So, as you can imagine, I’ve got a wealth of knowledge to share with you about all things wellness related from a conservative, let’s-avoid-unnecessary-surgery-and-pain-pills-if-we-can point of view.

The original translation for physician was “teacher.”
I learn so that I can teach. Whether that is in person or online. For me, the awesome thing is to help people feel better from the inside out. And sometimes that takes years, especially with chronic pain or a dis-ease process that has been growing for years. Regardless, my passion to help you is strong.
